Incident Investigation

Amphib Safety is available for in-person or virtual assistance in incidental investigations. Amphib will thoroughly investigate and research any incident until we discover the root cause, all contributing causes. 

Once the causes have been identified, Amphib Safety will create a corrective action plan to ensure that we mitigate the risks linked to the root cause as well as any other risks discovered during the investigation. 

Amphib safety will track the successes and opportunities of the corrective actions and make adjustments as needed
